Chazmen Geames currently serves as a dedicated Health and Wellness Coach at ALL'N Fitness, where he leverages his extensive expertise to empower individuals, particularly Hip Hop-loving Christians, to cultivate a deeper, more meaningful relationship with God through the transformative power of fitness and nutrition. His role goes beyond traditional coaching; Chazmen integrates innovative strategies such as live video streaming and artificial intelligence (AI) to create engaging, accessible wellness programs that resonate with diverse communities. His passion for community outreach is evident in his ongoing efforts to develop and implement impactful programs that promote holistic health, spiritual growth, and personal development.

Chazmen’s leadership is exemplified through his successful execution of large-scale initiatives like the Southern Regional Achievers Teen Summit for the YMCA, which remains the largest to date, and the inception of the Capital Regional YMCA's Minority Achievers Program in Tallahassee, Florida. These projects highlight his skills in project planning, management, and public speaking, as well as his ability to motivate and mentor youth and young adults. His goal is to establish Florida’s premier training and mentoring program for teens and young adults, fostering leadership, entrepreneurship, and wellness.

At ALL'N Fitness, Chazmen combines his expertise in community outreach, management, and wellness to develop tailored programs that inspire behavioral change and promote lifelong health. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to computer ethics ensure that his initiatives are innovative, ethical, and impactful.
