Chanuk Jon

Chanuk Jon currently serves as the Executive Director at ARCHE, where he leads the R&D Center dedicated to SiC epitaxy for advanced power semiconductor applications, including Schottky diodes and MOSFETs. With a robust background spanning over a decade in the semiconductor and display industries, Chanuk has established himself as a key innovator in SiC epitaxial process development, leveraging his expertise in epitaxy techniques to enhance device performance and reliability. His leadership at ARCHE focuses on pioneering cutting-edge SiC epitaxial growth methods, optimizing process stability, and driving the commercialization of high-efficiency power devices critical for automotive and industrial applications.

Prior to his current role, Chanuk accumulated extensive experience across various technical domains. His early career at SEC involved fundamental work in basic technology development, laying a strong foundation in semiconductor processes. He then transitioned to SDC, where he contributed to OLED automotive project planning and quality assurance, gaining valuable insights into OLED manufacturing and quality control for automotive-grade displays. His subsequent tenure at H & Iruja further honed his skills in project planning and process optimization, emphasizing quality assurance and reliability in display technologies.

At ARCHE, Chanuk’s expertise in OLED quality assurance, automotive display standards, and advanced epitaxy processes positions him as a strategic leader in the industry. His comprehensive skill set, including proficiency in OLED technology, SiC epitaxy, and automotive-grade quality assurance, enables him to spearhead innovative projects that meet the demanding requirements of next-generation power electronics and display solutions.
