Ceta Johnson is a seasoned Systems Engineer at Leidos, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in the Federal Government sector, particularly in Medicare mainframe applications. With a robust 17 years dedicated to the Common Working File (CWF), Ceta has established herself as a Subject Matter Expert in the field. Currently, she plays a pivotal role as the Project Lead for the Health Insurance Marketplace web hosting and data services hub, where she successfully spearheaded the transition of batch cycle processes from Verizon Terramark to HPES. This project not only highlights her technical acumen but also her ability to navigate complex project landscapes while ensuring seamless integration and operational continuity.

In her current position, Ceta manages and approves all design, development, and maintenance of batch cycle scheduling within the Integrated Workload Scheduler (IWS) and Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) for Medicare Data Center CWF host processing. Her responsibilities extend to coordinating all incoming and outgoing files required for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly processing schedules, ensuring that all dependencies and automated file-triggering jobs for the Federal Payment System (FPS), Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI), and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) processing are meticulously managed. Ceta's expertise in OS/390 mainframe environments, coupled with her proficiency in IBM Db2 and transactional processing, positions her as a key player in optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing service delivery.
