As the Director of the Centre for Project Management (CPM) Kenya, I am privileged to lead an organization at the forefront of project management excellence and capacity building in the region. Our current role extends beyond traditional consultancy; we serve as a strategic partner for both public and private sector entities seeking to enhance their project delivery capabilities.
