Casik Van Til currently serves as the QA/QC Manager at Huta Marine, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes across multiple high-profile marine projects. His expertise is particularly focused on the newbuilding phase of complex vessels such as the Al Bahar and Huta 12, where meticulous scrutiny of steel welding, adherence to construction specifications, and rigorous inspection protocols are critical to ensuring vessel integrity and compliance with industry standards. Casik’s expertise extends to reviewing newbuilding specifications for cutter suction dredgers (CSD), ensuring that design and construction align with operational requirements and safety regulations.
