Kitchen Designer: Use your love of design to help customers create the spaces they've always dreamed of. Use Pro Kitchen to help you bring your clients vision to life. Work directly with customers through the entire process and ensure a pleasant experience. We offer a competitive base pay + commission, as well as monthly, quarterly and yearly bonuses. Sales Associate: The first line of defense for our customers. They depend on your product knowledge to determine what to invest in. It's your job to to help them get the best products for their needs. Strong communication and follow up skills needed. As a sales position, the sky is the limit in terms of opportunity! Store Support/ Shipping & Receiving: This position makes our company go round. Without them, we wouldn't have products on our shelf. This position focuses on accounting for and distributing all inventory, and general upkeep of the store. They work directly with customers for item pick up and and to assist them in getting their products loaded. Cabinet Assembly & Door Shop: Builders Surplus has Louisville's ONLY custom door shop! This position is responsible for creating and assembling doors of all shapes and sizes. These doors are either custom ordered or put on the sales floor.
