Bojan Krunic

Bojan Krunic currently serves as the Project Manager and Chief Mechanical Designer at Termoenergo Inzenjering, where he leverages over a decade of extensive experience in the design, construction, and commissioning of thermal power plants. His role involves overseeing complex projects that span the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept and detailed design to execution and operational handover. Bojan’s expertise in mechanical systems, including steam and condensate systems, combined with his proficiency in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) processes, positions him as a key driver of innovative solutions aimed at optimizing energy efficiency and ensuring project success.

At Termoenergo Inzenjering, Bojan has led several key projects involving large-scale thermal power plant upgrades, new plant installations, and energy-saving initiatives tailored for industrial clients. His deep understanding of energy systems, coupled with his skills in AutoCAD and inspection procedures, enables him to deliver precise design supervision and ensure compliance with industry standards. His strategic approach to project planning and his ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams have resulted in improved project timelines and cost efficiencies.

Prior to his current role, Bojan contributed significantly to the oil and gas sector at NIS – Oil Industry of Serbia, where he was the head designer for the monitoring energy balance across the entire industry and designed a CHP plant for the Novi Sad refinery, enhancing energy production and operational sustainability. His comprehensive knowledge of energy systems, combined with his hands-on experience in commissioning and project engineering, makes him a valuable asset in advancing the capabilities of Termoenergo Inzenjering in the field of thermal power projects and energy management.
