Bita Mahdvar

Our agents are negotiating and local market experts. Those two points are VERY important, but equally so is being kind, solution oriented and on top of tech. What you find in our office is camaraderie, innovative styles and fun. Whether your goal is to purchase a new home, investment property, navigate a short sale, purchase a distressed property, or find a rental instead, our agents are here to help! Today’s buyer and sellers need a trusted resource to guide them through the many moving parts of a real estate transaction. We believe if you’re not left with an amazing experience, we haven’t done our job. Our main office is centrally located in Bloomingdale. Our newest location, our Satellite/Branch office is located in St Charles, IL, perfect for serving those clients in the tri-cities area of Geneva, St Charles and Batavia. While we list and sell homes for our clients every day, we never lose sight that there are others who may not a place to go home to. That is why for every transaction that comes through our doors, we donate to the DuPage PADS organization to fight homelessness. We are always looking to expand our team with smart, savvy, hard working individuals.
