We have held senior positions within a number of occupier businesses. Custom Real Estate will understand the pressures faced by your growing business, whether you’ve just taken on your first round of funding, are a major PLC, or anywhere in between. We work with retained clients on high-profile portfolio expansions across multiple sectors including, retail, leisure and industrial, giving you the benefit of years of accumulated knowledge and market intelligence. We provide an 'in house' consultancy for our clients, helping from site identification all the way through to deal completion and site opening. We can fulfil this role in both long-term and short-term capacities.
