Ava Augustson

Ava Augustson is a dedicated student-athlete at Furman University, currently balancing rigorous academic pursuits with competitive athletic commitments. As a key member of the volleyball team, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and teamwork, serving as a sophomore starter and contributing to the team’s success as a six-rotation outside hitter on a finalist squad. Her athletic achievements include earning a spot on the 2022 Pirate Invitational All-Tournament team and being recognized on the Dean’s List in both Fall 2021 and Spring 2021, as well as being named to the All SoCon Academic Team. These accomplishments highlight her strong organizational skills, discipline, and commitment to excellence both academically and athletically.

Beyond her athletic pursuits, Ava is deeply passionate about health science and aims to pursue a career focused on improving physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
