As the Global Service Line Lead for New Construction & Refurbishment Green Certifications, Ashlan specializes in guiding clients through complex environmental design processes, ensuring their developments meet rigorous standards such as BREEAM and WELL. Her expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of sustainability assessments, including energy and thermal modeling, net zero carbon audits, daylight assessments, and whole life carbon evaluations, all aimed at optimizing building performance and reducing environmental impact.

With a strong foundation in renewable energy and chemical engineering, Ashlan leverages her technical skills—ranging from building physics and solar PV integration to piping and instrumentation drawing (P&ID)—to deliver innovative solutions tailored to each project's unique needs.
