Arthur Glardon

Arthur Glardon currently serves as the Project Manager for AI & Automation at Nextra, where he leverages his deep expertise to drive innovative transformation initiatives within the organization. In this role, Arthur is responsible for the end-to-end management of automation and artificial intelligence projects, primarily focusing on optimizing processes within the Finance Division of the CMA CGM Group. His strategic approach involves organizing discovery workshops with cross-functional teams across France and international locations, facilitating collaborative sessions that uncover pain points and identify automation opportunities. Arthur’s proficiency in process analysis enables him to define, evaluate, and model current ("AS-IS") processes, and then design optimized ("TO-BE") workflows that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

His technical skills in intelligence artificielle (IA), functional analysis, and project management are complemented by his experience in creating detailed specifications and managing PMO services, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Arthur’s background in aerospace and marketing provides him with a unique perspective on complex systems and stakeholder engagement, which he applies to streamline automation initiatives.
