For more than 50 years, Pivot has helped organizations create workplaces where people and business thrive. We partner with companies across Northern and Southern California to design environments that strengthen culture, elevate the employee experience, and enable teams to do their best work. As a Platinum MillerKnoll Certified Dealer, Pivot delivers far more than furniture. We provide integrated workplace experiences from workplace strategy, research, and design to furniture procurement, prefabricated architectural solutions, installation, technology integration, and ongoing lifecycle support. Our multidisciplinary team combines deep industry expertise with data-driven insights to create spaces that are as high-performing as the organizations they serve. Every workplace we create is thoughtfully tailored to our clients' business goals, brand, and people. Whether supporting a growing technology company, a healthcare innovator, an educational institution, or a global enterprise, we help organizations navigate change with flexible, sustainable, and human-centered environments that adapt as their needs evolve. At Pivot, we believe great workplaces do more than look beautiful, they also foster connection, inspire creativity, improve well-being, and create meaningful experiences that keep people coming back. From initial strategy through long-term partnership, we deliver spaces designed to perform today while preparing organizations for what's next.
