Arnold Ricalde

Arnold Ricalde, currently serving as Co-Director at Organi-K, A.C., brings a wealth of experience in environmental activism, legislative advocacy, and sustainable development. Since beginning his career as an environmental activist and ecosocial connector in 1994, Arnold has dedicated himself to advancing ecological consciousness and implementing innovative solutions for environmental challenges. His extensive background includes serving as a legislative advisor on environmental matters, notably during his tenure in the Cámara de Diputados (1997-2000) and the Asamblea Legislativa (2003-2006), where he played a pivotal role as President of the Comisión de Medio Ambiente. His legislative work focused on promoting policies for solid waste management, reforestation, and urban sustainability, including initiatives such as green roofs, urban gardens, and ecoaldeas.

At Organi-K, A.C., Arnold leverages his expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and project management to lead initiatives that foster sustainable urban development and environmental education.
