Compass Furnished Apartments delivers premium furnished housing solutions designed for the way people live, work, and move today. For more than 20 years, our family-owned company has combined hospitality expertise with personalized service to create seamless housing experiences for business travelers, relocating professionals, medical travelers, and extended-stay guests—providing access to exceptional accommodations nationwide. Founded by brothers Chris and Eric Fleming, Compass was built on the belief that exceptional housing starts with exceptional people. Every apartment we offer is thoughtfully selected, professionally managed, and supported by a team committed to making every stay effortless—from the first inquiry to move-out. As the managing partner of our sister companies, BroadPoint Realty and RECE, we bring decades of real estate expertise and an extensive network of high-quality properties to every client we serve. Our purpose extends beyond housing. As a Certified B Corporation and proud Pledge 1% member, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of social and environmental responsibility, believing that business should create lasting value for people, communities, and the planet. Through meaningful partnerships, responsible business practices, and a commitment to giving back, we're helping shape a stronger future for our industry. At Compass, we don't just provide furnished apartments—we create places where people can feel at home, wherever life takes them.
