Andreas Koks

Andreas Koks currently serves as a Project Manager at Rijkswaterstaat, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing the maintenance and development of West Nederland Noord’s vital road infrastructure. His responsibilities encompass managing three key contract teams: DBFM A1/A6, Groot Variabel Onderhoud, and the Prestatie Contract droog. These projects are integral to ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of the main road network in the region, directly contributing to the Netherlands’ national mobility and economic resilience.

In his role, Andreas leverages his extensive expertise in project management, financial accounting, and reporting to coordinate complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
