As CEO of Ama Inc., I am proud to lead an organization deeply committed to fostering multicultural inclusion, health, and wellbeing across Australian communities. Since our establishment in 2013 by esteemed social worker Eliana Aldunate, Ama Inc. has evolved into a dynamic non-profit that leverages innovative, evidence-based programs to address diverse community needs. Our team comprises over 45 highly skilled professionals, including experts in social work, counselling, arts, sports, and holistic therapies, all dedicated to empowering individuals and families through tailored interventions.

Currently, Ama Inc. is spearheading several key projects that exemplify our holistic approach to community health. These include culturally sensitive mental health initiatives, group and family therapy programs, and community engagement activities that promote social cohesion. Our expertise in individual counselling, holistic massage, and artistic expression allows us to create inclusive spaces where community members can explore their wellbeing in a supportive environment. Additionally, our strategic use of social media and research ensures our programs remain innovative and responsive to emerging community needs.
