With over 15 years of coaching expertise, Alice’s journey began at the age of 19 when she started as a personal trainer, driven by a genuine desire to help individuals transform their lives through fitness and holistic health. Her hands-on coaching experience spans more than eight years, during which she has successfully guided hundreds of clients through weight loss journeys, muscle building, and strength development.
