Alannah Collat currently serves as the Well-being Specialist at EF Academy, where she leverages her extensive background in social work, trauma-informed care, and developmental disabilities to foster a supportive and resilient campus environment. In this role, she manages a diverse caseload of students, providing short-term weekly check-in sessions and personalized coaching to promote mental health and emotional well-being. Her expertise in psychoeducation and mental health advocacy enables her to develop tailored interventions that address students' unique needs, fostering resilience and positive coping strategies.

Alannah also oversees the integration of trauma-informed practices within the school's wellness initiatives, ensuring that students feel safe and supported in their academic and personal growth. Additionally, she handles the campus therapy dog, Guava, a trained black lab from Canine Companions, whose presence significantly boosts morale and provides comfort to students and staff alike.
