Alan Lek brings over two decades of extensive experience in the Semiconductor industry, seamlessly transitioning from technical roles such as Process Integration Engineer and Yield Engineer to strategic leadership positions including Product Manager, Deputy Director of PTE, and Department Head of Yield Engineering. His deep technical expertise in Product Testing, coupled with his proficiency in data analytics, DOE, SPC, FMEA, and 8D methodologies, has consistently driven process optimization and quality improvements across various semiconductor manufacturing stages.

Currently serving as Senior Sales Manager at MEDs Technologies PTE Ltd, Alan plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between cutting-edge IC design and manufacturing. His responsibilities extend beyond traditional sales functions to encompass strategic business development, where he actively cultivates and manages relationships with over 30 APAC-based customers. By partnering with five globally renowned foundries, Alan ensures that customers’ design-to-production workflows are streamlined, reliable, and cost-effective. His expertise in contract negotiations, NDA management, and export licensing underscores his comprehensive understanding of the complex semiconductor supply chain and compliance landscape.
