Aisha Aliyu

Aisha Umar Aliyu serves as the Community Liaison Officer at the Aid for Rural Education Access Initiative (AREAi), where she plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between rural communities and educational resources. With over four years of experience in the non-profit sector, Aisha is a passionate advocate for sustainable development, focusing on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 3 (Good Health and Well-being), 4 (Quality Education), and 5 (Gender Equality). Her expertise lies in community mobilization and engagement, which she leverages to foster collaboration among stakeholders, including local government, educational institutions, and community leaders.

In her current role, Aisha is instrumental in developing and managing community-based projects aimed at enhancing the quality of education for children in Kano State's rural areas. She excels in stakeholder management strategy, ensuring that all parties are aligned and working towards common objectives.
