In what ways has your experience at Trend8 led you to believe that organizational growth and personal transformation can be achieved through exponential technologies?One of the biggest challenges we face as a company is young people being unable to find the right way to go fast. We’re still trying to figure out what works and what doesn’t, and it’s clear that the faster we can keep up with the competition, the better.Exponential Technologies has helped us achieve this goal by providing us with the tools to think more organically and to embrace change. What do you see as the biggest challenges organizations face when implementing exponential technologies?There are many challenges organizations face when implementing exponential technologies. The biggest challenge is finding the right way to go fast, and quickly settling on the right technologies. Additionally, it is often difficult to find the right people to embrace and adopt exponential technologies, which can lead to Continual Innovation Requires (CIR) challenges.

Yuri Geest has a degree in political science from the Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam. In this degree, Yuri Geest studied for a two-year term, from 2005-2007. He then continued his studies for a two-year term, from 2007-2009, after which he obtained his master's degree in political science from the Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam.Achievements and Achievements:Since 2001, Yuri Geest has been a member of the Dutch government. He has held various responsible posts, such as spokeswoman for the Dutch Justice and Security Affairs Directorate and spokesman for the Dutch Foreign and Domestic Policy Directorate. From 2004 to 2001, he was also the director of the Netherlands Embassy in Cairo.
