Prior to joining NW Construction LLC, William Rakow spent three years as a Construction Superintendent at Pagoda Electric & Construction Inc. where he was responsible for all aspects of construction from start to finish. Prior to Pagoda Electric & Construction Inc., William Rakow was the Senior Superintendent of Commercial Construction at De James Builders, Inc. where he was responsible for all aspects of commercial construction from start to finish. From 2003-2010, William Rakow was the Superintendent of Commercial Construction at The GFS Group where he was responsible for all aspects of commercial construction from start to finish. At The GFS Group, William Rakow held various construction positions including Sr. Superintendent at ICON, LLC from March 2015 to June 2020 where he was responsible for all aspects of construction for ICON, LLC. In March of 2015, William Rakow took a position as a Senior Superintendent/Project Manager at ICON, LLC where he was responsible for all aspects of construction for ICON, LLC. From March of 2015 to March of 2016, William Rakow was a Superintendent at Pagoda Electric & Construction Inc. where he was responsible for all aspects of construction from start to finish. From 2013-2014, William Rakow spent one year as the Superintendent of Commercial Construction at De James Builders, Inc. where he was responsible for all aspects of commercial construction from start to finish. In March of 2013, William Rakow joined the Illinois Army National Guard and served for four months. From June 1972-June 1976, William Rakow served as a vet at the United States Navy.
