Walter Constantini brings over three decades of extensive experience in aviation maintenance to his role as the Airframe & Powerplant Certificate Program Director at Mohawk Valley Community College (MVCC). Since founding the FAA-approved program in 2006, Walter has been instrumental in shaping the curriculum and ensuring that it meets the rigorous standards of the aviation industry.
