I help people with audacious dreams for the future achieve their goals. I love developing an organization's leadership to give it the best shot at success. In the past, I practiced that passion as a member of the Stanford Men's Basketball Team, where I helped institute a winning culture. Now, I am bringing those experiences on the basketball team to a broader audience through my work at LinkedIn and through keynote speaking. By combining my passions for leadership, athletics, and entrepreneurship, I help people grow as leaders.
Additionally, I love innovative people and companies. I admire those who push the envelope, and fully believe in their ability to set a new status quo. For that reason, I have fallen in love with the tech industry. To me, it is a space that encourages freedom and empowers people. I have just started LinkedIn's Business Leadership Program - Global Sales, which includes rotations between sales, recruiting, and customer operations.
