Responsible for the Nordic Campaigns and budget for achieving the right marketing goals as well as reach out with a strong message. We exceeded our cut through results for observation, brand recognition and message comprehension. We were awarded Gold in the European EPICA Awards in 2014 for the launch of the new brand PostNord Logistics. In Sweden we were nominated in 100-wattaren for best commercial for B2B – best of five commercials during 2014. Working closely to Forsman & Bodenfors, Factory F&B, Essen International, IUM, Spoon, The Core Company and TNS Sifo.
Titel: Senior Marketing Communications Officer From May 2014 to June 2015 (1 year 2 months) Nordic External Communications Manager, Business Area Logistics @ Delivery Manager for External Communication & Launch of the brand PostNord Logistics.
Employed to drive the external communication within the business area Logistics. After two months I was announced as Delivery Manager for our re-branding project that involved the merge of 15 logistics companies in the Nordic region. My role as the delivery manager involved, in addition to establishing a new brand in the B2B market, but also creates the right conditions with our branding to drive positioning ahead and the right attributes to achieve effective communication. My work included developing a new brand strategy that mainly focused on our positioning, concept development and the right strategy for marketing and media. To outstand the competition we focused in 360 degrees. New guidelines were also developed including social media, content structure, five new websites, advertising concept, commercial concept and tonality. The NeedScope Brand activation was one of the tools we used for making the employees to feel and act the brand. The brand platform included also the brand Posten and Post Danmark.
At the same period I was involved in the procurement of a new advertising agency, which included also to set-up processes and routines for a smoothly co-operation within the Nordic countries.
I had mainly responsibility for one Project Manager within Sales Support and functional responsibility for all Delivery Managers in each country in the Nordic region for External Communication. The Nordic Campaign budget was under my supervision. From December 2012 to April 2014 (1 year 5 months) Event & Sponsring Manager at Tele2 Business @ My role within Events and Sponsorship at Tele2 Business included developing and strengthening the customers` sense of Tele2's quality. I arranged product seminars in M2M, KST and Mobility. As the first person appointed for developing this area I had to also set up procedures, processes and to start up a loyalty program for our B2B-customers. During 2011 we created a new Brand Platform and developed further the commercial concept (the sheep Frank). We had to change our positioning with our B2B-market. During that year we won the commercial award “75-wattaren” for that launch.
Within CSR I also run collaboration with Science Park Halmstad, where we together develop entrepreneurship. From July 2010 to November 2012 (2 years 5 months) Marketing Communications Project Manager for TV, Broadband & Telephony (B2B/B2C) @ I started out at Tele2 as project manager for TV, Broadband and Telephony for landlords and end users (B2B/B2C). I was primarily working with planning product launch activities together with product management and the implementation of activities to strengthen brand and awareness. As our knowledge in the market for the Real Estate industry was virtually non-existent, I devoted much attention to improve it with great success. A lot of cooperation with internal and external partners. Example of marketing activities were trade shows, commercials, DM-campaigns, web campaigns, ATL and BTL advertising, banners, social media and events. From April 2009 to June 2010 (1 year 3 months) Responsible Marketing Communications @ Responsible for all marketing communications to reinforce the message of Manpower and increase recognition of the brand. A new brand concept was developed. Examples of activities include national campaigns for B2B and B2C; commercials, advertising, job postings, promotional sites, banners, trade shows, etc. Daily contact with the 55 local offices to guide them in the local market communication. Coaching of our suppliers for the preparation of advertisements and marketing activities. To my help I had suppliers within media, commercial and design. I have also been responsible for the website, CRM-systems, intranet and for the daily work of one copywriter. In 2008 we were also nominated for Sweden's best marketing department. Our advertising concept, "The contradictory labour" won 75-wattaren. From 2006 to 2008 (2 years) Stockholm, SwedenResponsible for Nordic Marketing Communication @ Hired to set up the strategies and procedures for marketing efforts in the Nordic region. Responsible for marketing activities; commercial, DM-campaigns, print production, promotional giveaways, consumer trade fairs and press events. My main task during the Substitute period was to develop a comprehensive marketing plan which included a market analysis of the consumer market and to procure a new advertising agency. Travels within Europe, daily contact with the head office in London, Japan and local offices in the Nordic region was a part of my daily work. From 2006 to 2006 (less than a year) Stockholm, SwedenAccount Support/ Account Manager / CRM / Marketing @ Achieved goals and budget as Account Manager. Created marketing plans and executed the activities. Started-up campaigns within DM and telemarketing as well as coaching and follow-up. After the reorganization in 2004, I became the only Account Manager in Sweden with supervisory responsibility for two employees. Work involving the entire business, from organizational activities to sales, business development and training. Set up processes, procedures, and strategies on how customer relationships should be developed within and outside the organization. When purchasing the system I negotiated a discount of 35 percent. During that period I was also Project manager for our Offering Conferences - where producers meet organizers - in various locations throughout Sweden. Project manager for Riksteatern’s participation at the Arvika Festival and the premiere of a play in Karlstad. Travels in Sweden were included in my role. From 2001 to 2002 (1 year) Stockholm, SwedenMarketing Communications Project Manager @ Responsible for planning, organizing and the implementation of external and internal communication. Example of projects such as seminars, trade fairs, conferences, recruitment and advertising campaigns, and development of information portal Meridium News, our intranet and website. Overall responsibility for DM and telemarketing campaigns, as well as the CRM-system as super user and project manager. Developed together with our marketing director the company's marketing plan and brand strategy. Travels in Sweden were included in my role.
