Troy Hipolito has over 13 years experience as an Interactive Designer and Senior Interface Engineer, both with companies in the technology industry. He started his career as a Designer at Reflexis Systems, working on projects ranging from proper UX flow to actual redesign of current and new features for Mobile and Tablet apps, Online Software, and Emails. While at Reflexis, he also worked on restructuring the entire workflow to streamline and modernize software, and helped create HTML templates for designed email variations. This allowed him to work on projects with a broader range of clients, as well as remote projects with multiple team members. He has also worked with five different vendors simultaneously, both local and remote, to manage three Wrigley’s projects, and produced detailed UX (User Experience) documents, SOWs, project plans, and client facing timelines.
