His research degrees come from studying at USAF Air War College, Air University, and Texas A&M University. Noel has authored and published several Papers and Chapters on Strategic Management and Strategy. He has also been a keynote speaker at numerous conferences and workshops across North America. Noel is highly experienced in strategic management. His work has been recognized by various authorities such as the NATO journal "Strategy Reviews" and "The World Economy".
