Tom Spry's education has significant roots in human movement studies. In his undergraduate years, Tom completed a Bachelor of Arts in Human Movement Studies from San Francisco State University. Tom's thesis work focused on novel methods for improving fitness and health through movement intervention.Tom has since completed his undergraduate education, and now works as a physical activity therapist. Tom has been working as a therapist for over 10 years, primarily in the Bay Area, where he is currently a therapist at the Bay Area Medical Group. Tom is nationally recognized and has worked as a physical activity therapist in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 10 years and has received national accolades for his work.As a therapist and teacher, Tom has a strong foundation in understanding the human body and its ability to function at its best. Tom's therapist training has aggressive confrontation and imagery exercises that help to motivate and engage his patients in more healthy behavior.Tom's work included teaching a class on human movement intervention in the Physical Activity Therapy program at San Francisco State University. This course was aimed at creating a comprehensive understanding of methods for improving human movement by providing a hands-on exercise experience for students.
