• Spearheaded delivery of the first release of the Read Me Stories App to the Apple App Store via an iOS native app.
• Today all updates to the Read Me Stories app ship on the same day to 5 mobile app stores across 3 platforms, and has seen in an excess of 6 million downloads.
• Lead a team that delivered over 40 major updates over the last 5 years to the “Read Me Stories” flagship app while maintaining a minimum 4.5 star rating across all major stores.
• Defined and rolled out an Agile product dev process spanning the organization, which is continuously improved via regular reviews. To date, the process has supported over 50 month-sized sprints.
• Built and managed a diverse team of 10 developers, testers, and support staff. Instilled an attitude of constant improvement and quality via sprint and code reviews.
• Enabled deeper insight into the business impact of new releases on customers via the definition and implementation of our BI strategy.
• Designed and delivered mobile application and server architectures with an understanding that the team has to maintain operations alongside all product development activities. Today, the server barely breaks a sweat under a daily peak load of in excess of 70 requests a second loads, with over 50K daily active users all while requiring minimal maintenance.
• Reduced ship time to all stores from 2 days down to 4 hours via the design and delivery of an automated cross platform test framework called Maestra.

Their largest customer was Microsoft. My area of responsibility was Service Manager - a distributed accounting and monitoring system used for both billing and customer insight into their use of the service. Primary accomplishments include:
