Brian Searles, who is currently the Vice President of Operations at UAAP, recalls that even though Tim had some senior management experience at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. (DBB), he was more suited for the District Manager position. "He was a really formidable person to Work with and he really knew how to get the job done," Searles stated. "He stuck to his plan, but sometimes it got tough, but he never flinched."
