From June 2013 to Present (2 years 7 months) Lead developer E-commerce @ As lead developer of the E-commerce team I analyze the team and our way of working. With these results we work on improving the team on aspects like overall quality, workflow and cooperation. For each developer we develop a personal plan to improve skills and overall technical knowledge.
Furthermore I'm enrolled in projects as SCRUM master during both the design and technical implementation process.

See the 'Skills' section for more information. From June 2011 to June 2013 (2 years 1 month) Co-owner @ Formula1manager.net was an online manager game based on the FIA Formula 1 season on TV. More than 12.000 teams joined the battle and try to become the best F1 manager of the season. In combination with social media, Formula1manager.net was the biggest manager community in The Netherlands.
At it's peak moment more than 12.000 teams played the game. We ranked first in the Google SERPs for nearly all of the important keywords (~ 20) and managed to get the support from multiple sponsors varying from magazines and console games to tickets for the F1 Grand Prix in Belgium.
The site was a sandbox for technical research on both back- and frontend trends, SEO and both UX and Interaction design. From January 2010 to January 2013 (3 years 1 month) Senior Webdeveloper @ Part of the webshop team, building consumer and business to business webshops based on Magento and our own in-house framework.
Looking for, and implementing, ways to improve the productivity and work-flow of the webshop team. Also guarding overall quality of the products that are being delivered to our customers.
