Resource Committee with Plant Staff. Recent loss of production shift has lead to rapid redeployment of
over 60 salaried personnel to other facilities. Achieved a high level of satisfaction with placements
based on employee desires and corporate needs. Successfully completed a compensation cycle in
which I was named by the plant staff as an exceptional performer with additional compensation and
bonuses for the second consecutive compensation term.

personnel. Multiple roles each required joint participation and cooperation with local and national UAW
representatives and understanding of labor agreements. Monitored budget and performance to training
plan for the entire facility. Coordinated testing, selection and training of skilled trades apprentices.
Training for the facility was diverse including soft skills, policy compliance, technical, lean/competitive
manufacturing, health and safety, and quality. Certified GoFast! Coach which focused on fast paced
decision making and solution implementation. Also, certified to teach Candid Performance Feedback,
New Employee Training, Diversity and Problem Solving.
Managed and budgeted a multi-million dollar State training grant including reporting and tracking
plant matching requirements.
Training hours equaled 119,765 in 2004, 127,623 in 2005 62,212 in 2006 and 43,470 in 2007.
Coordinated training over 2,000 employees in two days on two shifts during 2007 downtime.
Worked closely with Blackhawk Technical College to develop and outline for Federal training grant
which the UAW and General Motors made available to local manufacturers.

and labor relations to address plant specific requirements and issues.
