• Implementation Sourcing Strategy (research, cold calling, posting on niche sites and effective job boards, networking, professional associations and clubs, employee referrals, etc.)

• Discuss with client about job qualification and job responsibilities and search for more information from other website for preparing the advertisement.
• Analyse, plan recruitment strategies such sources of candidates, channel of sourcing and set up roll model of well qualified candidates regarding to clients' requirements.
• Advise and give consultation to clients on what/how is the direction and targets to get well qualified candidates for any positions.
• Act as clients' representative in order to hunt and recruit candidates to serve them in a professional way.
• Search and screen for well qualified applicants to set interview schedule or telephone interview to get the basic information such as currently salary, expected salary, availabilities and job responsibilities before face to face interview in the office.
• Conduct telephone interview of candidates and set appointment for face-to-face interviews in the office.
• Contact short listed candidates to pre screen and establish interest and availability for specific job or vacancy opportunities.
• Reformat resumes into standard from and condense over-long and wordy resume without losing the technical integrity and prepare and update career summaries for candidate resume.
• Match candidates with customer’s requirement; give customer information for candidates and present candidates to customers.
