During the time he spent attend EWC College, Thabang Ntsoane picked up many different skills and knowledge that have ongoing relevance throughout his life. While studying at EWC College, Thabang Ntsoane picked up his passion for learning and got interested in many different subjects. He also gained valuable experiences that he will be able to use in his professional life.After completing his studies at EWC College, Thabang Ntsoane worked as a teacher for two years. He then moved on to work as an assistant teacher in a secondary school for two years. When he was offered the position as a full-time teacher in a primary school, he took it because he knew that he would have more opportunity to learn and grow in his profession.Since working as a teacher, Thabang Ntsoane has discovered that he is extremely capable of providing a good educationally sound learning experience for his students. He also realizes that he has a lot of to learn in order to be a better teacher.While working as a teacher, Thabang Ntsoane also has the opportunity to learn a lot about his students and the different challenges they are facing on a daily basis. He has also been able to develop his own teaching style that is suits the needs of his students and the school he is working in.Based on this experience, it is clear that Thabang Ntsoane is verymonserveable in the classroom. He is also very active and able to participate in group activities. Thabang Ntsoane is also always willing to learn and continue to grow in his education and profession.

Thabang Ntsoane holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from South African University in 2014. Thabang Ntsoane has been working as a technical engineer since September 2009 with the company Kentz Usa. There she worked as a civil engineer for Rainbow construction from January 2008 to March 2011. She then started working for the company BBT GROUP&ROADERS CONSULTING from September 2009 until May 2014 as a Managing Director & Civil engineer.In her work experience, Thabang Ntsoane has mastered team building, negotiation, project planning, project management, strategic planning, contract negotiations, customer service, management, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, leadership, engineering, autoCAD, procurement.
