Mudele Cmiosh was born on October 28, 1984, in the town of . She is currently a Master's degree graduate of the university of Natural Resources and Energy - (UNRE). She was educated at Woldeutsche Akademie Scholar Programme at the Dormitory of the Federal University of Germany. From 2007 to 2009, she was a research fellow at the German Agency for the Field of Environmental Research and Technology, DOWLOAD. She also held a post as a research fellow at the Institute for Environmental Research in Dortmund, Germany from 2004 to 2007. She has experience as an environmental scientist working primarily in the field of environmental management. From 2004 to 2006, she was a post-doctoral associate at the University of Technology, Vienna.
