•Responsible for recruiting various healthcare personnel such as nursing, Midlevel Providers, Respiratory Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology.
•Manage full cycle recruitment including posting positions, screening resumes, interviewing qualified candidates, salary negotiations, and on-boarding new employees.
•Arrange and conduct new hire orientation with both the organization and department, as well as coordinate HealthStream courses for all new hires.
•Provide customer service, resources, and expertise on policies and procedures, benefits, and training for new hires and current employees in a timely manner.
