Sultan's current projects focus on enhancing awareness and education among HR professionals, people managers, and business leaders regarding the employment challenges faced by Veterans, military spouses, and caregivers. By serving as a Veterans at Work Ambassador, he acts as a force multiplier, inspiring employers to recognize the immense value that the military community contributes to organizational success. Through workshops, public speaking engagements, and tailored training programs, Sultan equips employers with the tools and knowledge necessary to create inclusive workplaces that support the unique needs of these individuals.
