As a qualified RJG Train the Trainer since 2008, Steve is passionate about knowledge transfer and skill development within his team. He is also pursuing Green and Black Belt Certification in Six Sigma, further solidifying his dedication to process excellence and operational efficiency. With a strong foundation in value stream mapping and Kaizen principles, Steve is adept at identifying waste and implementing sustainable improvements that align with NEMERA's commitment to quality and innovation in the medical device industry. His multifaceted skill set and strategic vision make him a key asset in driving NEMERA’s mission forward.
