Steve spent his undergraduate education at Bishop McCort High School in Philadelphia, PA and continued on to receive his MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. He then attended the Williams College of Business in Williamstown, MA. After gaining his MBA, Steve utilized his skills and experience in the business world to commence his teaching career at The Bishop's McCort High School in Philadelphia, PA. During his time at the school, Steve was able to teach various courses in the business and entrepreneurial economy. In 2013, Steve implemented a new system for teaching at The Bishop's McCort High School. This new system allowed for the inclusion of entrepreneurial classes in the curriculum. This new system was successful and soon enough, Steve had the opportunity to start teaching his own entrepreneurial classes. Steve Pohlit's work readiness based on his past education is extremely successful and he is notable for his ability to help people achieve success in any area of their lives. He has a great deal of experience in teaching, entrepreneurship, and business. This has made him an extremely successful teacher and a valuable resource for his students.

Prior to this, Steve had worked as an Independent BEMER Distributor at Independent BEMER Distributor from January of 1989 to January of 1992. Steve also has a B.S. in Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
