Steve Jones has a B.S. in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, and an MS in Computer Science from Rutgers University in New Jersey. In 1980, he obtained his AAS degree, also from Stevens Institute of Technology, in Computer Science.Steve Jones has worked in various positions in the computer industry, including Software Engineer and Senior Technical Writer at Microsoft, Assistant Technical Editor at laTeX, and Quality Assurance Coordinator at Sun Microsystems. From 1981 to 1984, he was a temporary Technical Editor at Compuserve, and from 1984 to 1987, he was a Technical Editor at Apple Computer. He then worked at Sun Microsystems until 1988, when he joined Microsoft as a Technical Writer. Steve has also worked as a Master's graduate student at Penn State University.
