I look forward to working with Colleagues new and old, Customers and Supplier.Business Development @ From March 2014 to Present (1 year 9 months) Channel Scanner Specialist @ Responsible to the UK Channel Manager, my role was to increase the sales and profile of the UK and Ireland Honeywell Scanning Business through Distribution, Resellers and Strategic Partners. From November 2013 to January 2014 (3 months) Account Manager @ My role was focussed on the Scanning and Data Collection product set within the Opticon range, I had responsibility for the UK Distribution network and support into the Channel specifically for this product set. With many significant wins in areas such as the MOD, Retail and Education. From September 2008 to November 2013 (5 years 3 months) ADC Account Manager @ From 2007 to 2008 (1 year) Owner @ Reseller of barcode based technology, supplying hardware and software solutions to end users such as The White Company, Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts and Blockbuster UK. I set the business up as a result of recognising a lack of quality service being provided to my local business community which was very quickly recognised due to the quality of customers I won within the first year. I would project manage a number of solutions, not having the necessary in house skills, to solve many business problems. This included, software for mobile devices, conveyor based scanning systems for mail order companies and contract service delivery. From 2003 to 2007 (4 years) Sales @ My time at Datalogic was split between a number of roles, starting as Internal Sales Engineer responsible for the sales of Photo Electric Sensors and Barcode Scanners to End Users and Resellers. I moved onto Product Management for Sensors and Hand Scanners working through the newly configured Partner Network. The last role within Datalogic was as Distribution Account Manager looking after the entire product range into the Distribution Network, working with Resellers and End Users to generate new business.
