💼 Past Experience

Since graduating from college in 2003, Campbell has worked as a designer, content strategist, and project manager. He started his career at small, progressive firm AUTOMA who produced traditional print design projects. However, in 2002, the company went public and Campbell was named lead designer for all print design. At AUTOMA, he continued to design and project manage all print design, Editorial, and agencies projects. From 2003-2005, he was a copywriter at the large media company WPP Group. Here, he created online and print content for some of the world's top performers, such as Time Warner's HBO and Discovery Communications' TLC. while also managing the company's social media platforms. In 2006, he moved to VaynerMedia where he was hired as a content coordinator. At VaynerMedia, he shifted focus to social media and executed community management duties for two professional sports teams - the New York Jets and Brooklyn NETS. Additional responsibilities at VaynerMedia included developing original content calendars and leading client communications for Avión Tequila, a world-renowned energy drinks company. In September 2011, he moved up to the role of Community Manager and lasted until September 2011. In November of that year, he was promoted to Project Manager at VaynerMedia. At VaynerMedia, he concentrated on executing round-the-clock community management duties for two professional sports teams - the New York Jets and Brooklyn NETS. In addition, he was responsible for conducting industry research for six different globally recognized brands, developing internal presentations and case studies using Keynote, and attending and assisting with off-site activations. From October 2014 through April 2017, he was a Senior Copywriter at VaynerMedia. Lastly, he has also beensenior community manager at Make Use Of.com where he researched and created over 120 tech and social media-related blog articles for the popular online publication specializing in technology and the many ways it can improve our lives.
