Steve Bohn is a results-driven Project Manager at Intelligrated, where he leverages his extensive experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to lead complex warehouse software projects. Since May 2020, Steve has been instrumental in managing a large-scale software initiative that is integral to a Material Handling Equipment (MHE) project. His role encompasses controlling project schedules, budgets, and invoicing, ensuring that all deliverables meet the high standards expected by clients in the logistics and supply chain sectors.

With a collaborative leadership style, Steve excels in facilitating team cohesion among diverse groups, including business stakeholders, operations personnel, IT specialists, and customers. He is adept at defining project requirements and aligning them with customer expectations, which is crucial in a fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are paramount. Currently overseeing multiple Scrum teams consisting of over 20 developers, QA engineers, and consultants spread across three countries, Steve’s ability to manage cross-team collaboration is a testament to his strong organizational and communication skills.
