Steve✅'s full name is Steven John Hewitt.Born in 1963, Steve has worked in a number of different jobs in his career thus far. He has held a number of roles both at home and abroad, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Recruiting. His most recent role has been as a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner, where he is responsible for Managing Talent Acquisition and Recruiting teams within the NCC Group.Prior to this, Steve worked asin RSD Manchester as a Recruiter/Manager for MachineLearning, Data Science/Analytics, Software Development, and BI & MI. As a Recruiter/Manager, he was also responsible for managing the Recruitment process at RSD Recruitment.Steve also has experience with working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at SITA and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Lloyd's. He also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Join Talent, and as a Human Resources Advisor at ER Consultant.In his previous roles, Steve has had a lot to contribute. He has a lot of experience working with teams, and is very good at problem solving. He is also very organized and is always able to keep track of his progress.

Steve✅ had aausually diverse and challenging education. He was able to learn at a variety of different institutions, which gave him the necessary skills to be successful in both his professional and personal endeavors.A prior study at Manchester Metropolitan University (MUST) allowed Steve to gain a diploma in business. At Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU), he earned a BSc in Business Administration. At Pendleton Sixth Form College, Steve earned an A levels in Business Studies, Economics and Sociology.On return to Scotland, Steve worked as a Sales Assistant at their business school, The Swinton High School, for two years. This experience gave him the development and skills necessary to take his business career to the next level. Steve✅ is currently a self-taught business instructor and business consultant who has 8 years of experience. His skills and knowledge allow him to teach and guide business students from scratch, or help them upgrade their skills from those they have.When it comes to whether or not he's ready for a job, Steve ✅ lifestyle depends on his availability and the type of position that he would like to take on. On the plus side, he has an innate ability to connect with people, making him an excellent fit forou management or customer service roles.Despite his varied education and experience, Steve ✅ does have a few areas he would Like to improve upon. These include his ability to be more absorbant and responsive in later life, as well as becoming more fluent in multiple languages.

Steve ✅ is well-known for his black belt in Jujitsu, which he learned at the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy he attended while in college. He has also been involved in karate and sporadic wrestling since he was a child.When Steve was younger, he always loved playing video games, and would often lobby his parents to buy him his own console to play Jurassic Park and other action games. He started his career in the software engineering field by working on a software development project for a small software company. After that, he worked as a software development engineer at a big software company for five years.Then, he did a rotation as a software engineer at a company that was changing their company culture from high- Pressuring to Lean and Mission- Driven. This gave him a lot of experience in managing teams and building software. He then worked as a Temporary Manager at a software company for two years.Since he is well-versed in human resources, he moved up the totem pole at the software company he worked at for two years, becoming their Human Resources Advisor. There, he helped manage team dynamics and worked closely with the leadership of the company. He also developed a strong relationship with the CEO.Steve then moved on to become the UK Director of Social Media at an independent recruitment company. There, he worked on a number of boutique HR initiatives and helped grow the company's online presence. He also became well-known for his skills in social media management and led a number of successful social media campaigns.Finally, he moved to the North-West Regional Director at The Independent Recruiting Group (IRG UK) in July 2010. There, he worked on a number of HR initiatives and managed a regimented HR strategy for the entire region. He also became known for his skills in social media management and led a number of successful social media campaigns.
