As an entrepreneur, the most important thing to me is to always be growing. And to do that, challenging yourself to be uncomfortable is a must. Even from my first internship in Quality Control, I spent mornings on the production line and lunches with managers speaking of business development and project management. I strive to understand the completeness of a business and crave the complexity they inherently have.
While I am young, my intense curiosity and ability to seek out diverse mentors has given me an ability to be very wise for my age. While most approach the unknown with extreme caution, I seek out, plan, and attack it. I especially drive toward environments of ambiguity and try to create an atmosphere of structure, collaboration, and result-driven processes. The idea of starting with a blank slate and building something tangible is my true passion.
While my career began deep into analytics from bio statistics to actuarial sciences (passed all 5 preliminary actuarial exams), my enjoyment has always come out of working with people. Developing partnerships with those above and below has always been a pride point of mine.
Currently, I have taken the leap into the biggest unknown possible: starting my own business. I’ve fallen in love with the entrepreneurial world and plan on staying here. I always enjoy hearing other’s stories - entrepreneurs or not, so feel free to reach out.
