Prior to joining Intuit, Srilatha Kothur was a Manager, Data Science & Engineering at Facebook from 2011 to 2016. At Facebook, Srilatha led a global team responsible for data and analytics driven product impact on some of Facebook’s critical products. Influenced & shaped the technical vision for building the services, platforms and tools to empower data developers and consumers across Facebook to make data-driven decisions, fast, at scale. Srilatha Kothur is currently a Graduate Student at the New Jersey Institute of Technology studying Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. She was awarded a M.S in 2006 and a B.S in 2002, both from Osmania University. She has held several jobs in her previous academic careers, most notably as a Research Engineer at two technology companies.Kothur's professional experience related to her education and work readiness comes from her experience in the Electronic and Communications Engineering field. After completing her studies at New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2006, she worked as an Assistant Research Engineer at a technology company until 2007. She thenJoined the faculty of Osmania University as a Research Professor in 2007. During her time at Osmania University, she has taught electronics and communications engineering classes as well as conducting research in the area. This has given her the opportunity to develop her work readiness in the area, which has resulted in hercurrently holding a M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a B.S. from Osmania University.
