About Spiker Helms

As the National Director of the Rawlings Tigers Baseball Club, I have the privilege of leading a dynamic organization that has rapidly expanded its reach and influence in the youth baseball landscape since its inception in 2010. With over 130 teams across more than 20 states, our program is dedicated to fostering talent and promoting the love of the game at all levels. My journey in the sports industry began in 2014 at Balls-n-Strikes, a St. Louis-based facility, where I immersed myself in club baseball and honed my coaching and leadership skills.

In my current role, I focus on product development, marketing, and sales, ensuring that our offerings resonate with players, parents, and coaches alike. I leverage my expertise in baseball instruction and economics to create programs that not only enhance player performance but also build a strong community around our brand. My commitment to customer service and public speaking allows me to engage effectively with stakeholders, fostering relationships that are crucial for our growth.

Key projects I am currently spearheading include the development of innovative training programs that incorporate the latest advancements in sports science and technology. Additionally, I am actively involved in expanding our digital marketing strategies, utilizing social media and platforms like Pardot to reach a broader audience and enhance our engagement with current and prospective members.
