Shankar Ramamoorthy has a degree in communication from the Indian School of Communication, Mumbai. ShankarRamamoorthy started his career with Rave Technologies in December 1999. Here he was responsible for the product development and quality assurance of applicable software products. In May 2011, he was appointed as Vice President, Customer Advocacy at Bharti Telesoft. There he led the team responsible for product validation, product quality, and customer experience.Shankar Ramamoorthy left Bharti Telesoft in June 2009 to become Director, Genband (Now Agnity).
