Starting my career as a Junior Engineer at Nalco, I worked on developing the company's Auto Data Validation Engine and later lead the development of Outerwall's new venture, New Ventures. I also worked on Strategy and Business Development for DSM, focusing on North American mergers and acquisitions and marketing efforts. Iiji Dennis at A.T.Kearney famously called my work on data validation “the single most important thing that we did at Nalco.” So when I was offered a position at DSM, I was natural to candidate. I worked on developing products and practices that would help the company succeed in the evolving digital world. I'm grateful to have been able to help DSM become one of the leading innovative and successful companies in their industry. transitioned to an associate role at A.T.Kearney in January 2000. After a few successful months, I was then promoted to Strategy and Business Development Executive in January 2011. At A.T.Kearney, I helped develop and execute marketing and business growth strategies for a variety of companies, from card players to jewelers. I was also responsible for driving product developments andImproving the company's bottom line. I was a driving force behind portfolio Company acquisitions, which helped us grow our business by Approximately 20%.
